End User License Agreement

1. General

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of PinSnippet ("Developer"), a plugin for OpenIDE. By installing, copying, or otherwise using PinSnippet, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PinSnippet solely for personal or internal business purposes within OpenIDE, subject to the terms of this EULA. The Plugin allows you to save selected code as snippets, insert them via code completion, manage them in a JSON file, and organize them in folders, all stored locally on your device.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on PinSnippet.
  • Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of PinSnippet.
  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer PinSnippet to any third party.
  • Use PinSnippet for any commercial purposes beyond internal business use without prior written consent from the Developer.

4. Ownership

PinSnippet and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by the Developer. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in PinSnippet.

5. No Warranty

PinSnippet is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that PinSnippet will meet your requirements or operate without errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PinSnippet, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling PinSnippet. The Developer may terminate it if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of PinSnippet and delete all copies.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with section 9 of the OpenIDE Marketplace Offer, with pre-trial resolution mandatory.
